MISSION ONE:
1. With your team members, choose 3 planets in the Milky Way Solar System.

2. Decide what sort of life form each could support. Use the forms provided by your teacher to write up a table about each of the three planets you choose and fill in the required information.

3. Create a life form that could live on each of the 3 planets and draw a diagram of each with an explanation of your life form. Each student must draw a small diagram in the form provided and a larger one on a full page of your project book. Your group may also make a model of each life form, if you have time.

Each member of the group must fill in their own form for evaluation purposes. You only need to construct one model of each different life form. You may choose to do one each, or work together on all three. Remember to take into account the properties of each planet that will help you to decide what the life form for that planet will look like!

Here's some links to web sites with information on the planets that you can use. You may also use books from your library to fill in the forms. Each page opens in a new browser window, so make sure you close it when you have finished to return to this page.  You can do your own searching too, using "Google" search engine.
