Each child had a letter from a penpal in Newfoundland. Some shared a penpal.

These beautiful posters were in our parcel.

Here's Mr Moose and some Canadian flags. The lollies were a BIG hit!!

We all shared the lollies and picked our favourites.

This was the BIGGEST letter we had ever received!!  Thanks to Year 4 at Macpherson Elementary School,  we hope you enjoy our parcel when you receive it!!

Here's some photos sent to us all the way from Newfoundland. Here's what Mr Rideout had to say about them: "There is a picture of our school's exterior, some students with our principal, My Cahill, in music class, physical education class as well as a group shot. You will notice that the tree in front of the school still has no leaves. It is spring here and the leaves are just beginning to emerge. They should be completely out in about another week."
