Year 1 children at Rochedale State School went on an excursion to Daisy Hill Koala Sanctuary during Under 8's Week. They had a great time looking at all the koalas and learning all about them. Here's some photos from their trip.

Come on boys, keep up!! We love being koalas.

Learning about koalas. Anna is asleep even through all the noise!
The ranger talks to the children about koalas habits. Anna and Tilly are nocturnal so they sleep all day!
This happy bunch have seen Anna up close. Here she is, still asleep!
