Comments:  I found a spider in my bedroom, killed it (sorry for you spider lovers!) and my wife
suggested I look on the Internet to identify it. I have been searching for the past 3 hours and
finally found a spider that looks almost identical to the Red Back spider that you have on your
web page. I realize that you are in Australia, and I'm quite sure that the spiders that we have
here are different, but again they could be in the same family. I was absolutely thrilled to
find this page. I've looked at thousands of spiders tonight and yours is the first to have a
spider that even remotely looks similar.
By the way, I live only a few miles from the Winter Olympic sites that were held recently in
Salt Lake City, Utah. (Look up Logan, Utah on your maps.) I'm also a Private Investigator
