Education
week was held in Queensland schools from 17 May to 22 May, 1999. At Rochedale State
School, we celebrated Education Week with many activities involving both students and
parents. Every day of the week saw different, exciting activities of some kind for the
various year levels.
TUESDAY
On Tuesday, 18 May, Year 1m
and Year 3b held an Open Morning for the parents to come and observe their children at
work and play. Selected teams of Years 5, 6 and 7 children also competed in the annual Maths Challenge held at MacGregor State School.
